I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms were clean and very inviting, which was nice enough but a bit overcrowded with furniture of the wrong kind. On the bright side, the room was fitted with bathrobes, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.

The service was SO friendly and went above and beyond to give suggestions and even help me book tours. The staff were very welcoming and quickly got me set up in my room, a nice upgrade to a riverfront executive suite. Their kindness and helpfulness made my stay and trip to Portland amazing.

The location was terrific, especially for travelers with dogs, as there was a lot of green space right outside the hotel. Being right by the river and having access to a running path with lovely views made the stay even more enjoyable.
